Red camels are the best, fastest, most expensive camels in the form of a camel, which is highly desired by Arabs at that time. As a symbol of luxury and social position for the owner.

Imam Ibnul Atsir said:

Humrun Na’am (Red camel) is Akhylaruha (best camel) wa Ajyaduha (the best camel). (Imam Ibnul Atsir, Jami ‘Al Ushul, Volume. 5, p. 492)

Shaykh Abdurrahman Al ‘Aql:

Desired by the Arabs, and that is the best and the camel soul they have

Red camels are very obedient to the Arabs, he is the fastest and fastest camels in them. (Shaykh Abdurrahman bin Abdul Aziz Al ‘Aql, Ghayatul Student, p. 88)

Made “Red Camel” as a parable in the value of the goodness of the afterlife is to facilitate or bring human understanding to the value of the charity. As well as to motivate, and sometimes humans are more motivated by rewards whose description is definitive and real.

Imam An Nawawi Rahimahullah said:

Analogy of the hereafter with the symptoms of the world only for estimates of understanding, if not, an atom from the remaining hereafter, better than the whole earth and its preferences with it

Nest in the hereafter with worldly things just to bring (understanding) to the human mind. Indeed, the small details of (pleasure) of the hereafter are better than the whole earth and the same as that.
(Syarh Shahih Muslim, Volume. 15, p. 178)

If you want to be converted to this day and age, is the vehicle that is most desired by humans today because of its luxury, beauty, and sophistication? Private jet? Ferari? etc. So, preaching and the cause of guidance for humans is better than that, more expensive than red camels.

Rasulullah (may peace on it) said:

God is that a man is better for you.

By Allah, if someone gets guidance because of you, then it is better for you than the Red Camel. (HR. Bukhari no. 3009, Muslim no. 2406)

Witir prayer is also the case, as the hadith:

God has given you a prayer that is the best for you from the red of the blessings who are the people who make God for you in what is between prayers

Indeed, Allah has given a gift to you in the form of prayer which is better than a red camel, namely Witir Prayer, Allah has made the time for you between the evening prayer to the dawn.

(HR. At Tirmidzi no. 452. This hadith was declared dhaif by Imam Bukhari and others.
