Hadith text
From Ibn ‘Umar’s best friend Radhiyallahu ‘anhuma, Prophet Shoullahu ‘alaihi wasallam say,
HATE SOLUTION FOR DEVELOPMENT
“The halal thing that God hates the most is divorce.”
Degree of hadith
This hadith narrated by Abu Dawud in this book At-talaqin the chapter “About Talak Makruh” (no. 2178), through the Muhammad bin Khalid al-Wahbi pathway, from Ma’rif bin Washil, from Muharib, from Ibnu Umar Radhiyallahu ‘anhuma, from the Prophet Shoullahu ‘alaihi wasallam.
This is also narrated by Ibn Majah (no. 2018), through Jalan Muhammad bin Khalid al-Wahbi, from ‘Ubaidullah bin al-Walid, from Muharib, from Ibn Umar Radhiyallahu ‘anhuma For Marfū ‘ (Until the Prophet Shoullahu ‘alaihi wasallam).
This is Sanad Abu Dawud, but with the difference: Ma’rif bin Washil was replaced by ‘Ubaidullah bin Al-Walid. Then this could be a mistake of some narrators, or it could be Muhammad bin Khalid narrated it from two different teachers.
However, the history of Ibn Majah is very weak (Dha’if Jedan)Because ‘Ubaidullah bin al-Walīd is classified as a very weak narrator, especially in the history of Muharib. Al-Hakim Rahimahullah said about that, “That tells the false hadith Muharib.” [1]
Thus, the history of Ibn Majah cannot strengthen the history of Abu Dawud.
This hadith is also told by Mursal. Abu Dawud narrated it (no. 2177) through the Ahmad bin Yunus line, from Ma’rif bin Washil, from Muharib, from the Prophet Shoullahu ‘alaihi wasallam. Sanad is a trusted personnel, but this hadith is a status Mursal, Because Muharib bin Ditsar is a person or’in, namely not meeting directly with the Prophet Shoullahu ‘alaihi wasallam.
Ibn Abi Syaibah (5: 253) also tells it through Waki ’bin al-Jarrah, and Al-Baihaqi (7: 322) from Yahya bin Bukayr-retif from Ma’rif bin Washil, from Muhari, from the Prophet Shoullahu ‘alaihi wasallam – Mursal.
Ahmad, Yahya, and Waki ’stronger (Tsimah) compared to Muhammad bin Khalid al-Wahbi; Even Waki ’is already superior to Muhammad. Therefore, history magazine stronger than a continuous history (Maushul), But it’s weak.

The contents of the hadith
The fiqh scholars are possession with this hadith to state that divorce (divorce) is a case that God does not love. This is because there is Mafas (Danger or Damage) and Mudarat against the rights of husband and wife and children. Therefore, a husband should stay away from divorce as much as possible.
Divorce dissemination as something halal, does not deny that he is hated (makruh). In fact, the editor of the hadith shows that divorce is makruh, if it wasn’t for Allah Story Provide it for wisdom and wisdom that is greater than his crime as something hated. Ibn Al-Mulaqin Rahimahullah mention that the makruh in question is if the divorce is without cause, because the Prophet Shoullahu ‘alaihi wasallam Not violating Ibn ‘Umar Radhiyallahu ‘anhu Who did the divorce. Talak, when needed, is a great favorable and great gift. With the presence of divorce, someone (husband or wife) can be free from a bitter relationship and separated from people who have no good if they remain with him, either because of his bad morals, weak religion, or other causes that cause anxiety in life and misery in togetherness.

If they appear, then God is forgiven, and if they are determined to divide, then God is knowledge
“If they return (to his wife), then God is the most forgiven, most compassionate. But if they are heartbreaking for divorce, then God is all -listening, all -know.” (Surah Al-Baqarah: 226-227)
That divorce is not something that Allah loves Tax. For, God prioritizes ‘Look’ (i.e. the husband again associated his wife) rather than divorce, and closes it with his two names that show forgiveness and grace, as a sign that God’s referrals love than divorce. While divorce is closed with two names that contain the meaning of threats, namely As-samī ‘ (Mostly hearing) and Al-‘Alīm (Meaningful). [4]
Islam has relevant divorce in certain limits and sets clear rules (children). Islam makes it the last stage of the problem solving process between husband and wife. If Muslims understand as they should, then divorce will be in the right place, which is the best solution and does not cause regrets or sin. [5]
However, what is unfortunate is the rise of divorce cases, especially among young people, as a result of a hurry, lack of careful consideration from various sides, and not thinking about the consequences of a decision. They are divorced because of trivial matters, and problems become greater if they divorce their loved ones, or who have given birth to children who need care.
When Islam prescribes divorce, Islam narrowed its path, both in terms of time and amount. Divorce is not prescribed except in the holy period (not menstruation or childbirth) when the husband has not intercourse with his wife; Or in the condition of the wife is pregnant. As for the divorce dropped during menstruation; Postpartum; or the holy period in which a husband and wife relationship has occurred; then Islam forbids divorce at these times.
Also, the husband can only drop one divorce. After dropping it, God Story Forbidding the husband to drive away his wife from home, and forbid his wife out of his house. Allah Story said,
Do not get out of their house, nor does it come out except to come with a clear soul
“Don’t move them from their homes, nor do they come out, unless they do real evil actions.” (QS. At-Talaq: 1)
That is, heinous acts such as adultery or besides.
The wisdom – and God knows better – is that the existence of a wife in the husband’s home is more possible for the emergence of affection, makes it easier to refer, and more maintain his honor. Wallahu ta’ala a’lam. [6, 7]
